This site is operated by GentleFlow, based in Connecticut, USA. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of this site. By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately, but we don't guarantee that descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, and update pricing or product availability at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we don't store your full card details on our servers. Once an order ships, it's covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other events outside our control.
5. Returns & Guarantee
All returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by GentleFlow or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GentleFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Return & Refund Policy
Every GentleFlow fountain is covered by a 30-day guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered.
If your cat hasn't taken to it within 30 days, contact us at efoschini17@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no fine print, no restocking fee, and no need to ship the fountain back.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your fountain arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at efoschini17@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
Need to cancel or change an order? Email efoschini17@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can update or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.
This guarantee covers your cat's response to the product, not damage from misuse or issues reported after the 30-day window has closed.
